Hunter Wellies

You know it's Winter when it’s dark and cold out. As we all reach for our big knit jumpers and thick socks, there is nothing worse than seeing the rain pouring outside. Thankfully we can rely on the traditional British brand Hunter to keep our feet dry and warm, whilst looking fabulous and making a fashion statement at the same time.

The company was founded in 1856 and the famous Original Green Wellington was created in 1955. They are hand made from natural rubber and comprised of 28 parts.

Hunter wellies are adored and have had recognition from many people worldwide. Including the British Royal family. The company was awarded a Royal from the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen.

So if the Royals wear them, they must be good. Today, Hunters remain the preferred welly brand. They have a great range of boots to suit every welly wearer all over the world- from the Royal family to festival-goers, working farmers and fashion students who hate the rain.

My Hunters are always out splashing in the puddles. Keeping my feet dry and looking fashionable in the unpredictable Scottish weather.

No matter the season or weather, Hunter boots are always in style. Wear them with skinny jeans and knitwear in the Winter. With shorts at the festival in Summer or like me, when ever it rains. On sunny or grey days, through rain and snow, down city streets or country paths, you can wear Hunter wellies whenever.
